Job Description
This role can be performed in either Barcelona or Madrid in Spain, Milan in Italy or London, UK Corporate offices. There will be travel required up to 30% of the time, mostly within the EMEA region. Amazon's - Bachelor's degree - Experience in employee relations, labor relations, or labor/employment law - Regional LR experience across EU/EMEA - Specialised LR expertise in Spain and Italy, Knowledge of EU labor laws, collective regulations, and co-determination frameworks - Experience leading and developing teams - Experience managing complex, multi-country LR programmes in a matrix environment - Experience influencing and advising VP+ leadership on strategic workforce matters - Fluent in written and spoken English (CEFR, C2) and Spanish and/or Italian (CEFR, C2).
