The North American Sales Strategy, Operations and Enablement (SSOE) team is seeking an entry-level Sales Operations Analyst to support the Small and Medium Business (SMB) team.The candidate in this position - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field - Experience in using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze large sets of data - Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc. - Experience using ERP/CRM/Commission software, and various data warehouse systems
