About the Role: The Sr. Manager, Operational & Productivity Strategy and Assessment sits within the Revenue Enablement organization and plays a critical role in shaping and evaluating the effectiveness of enablement programs across the go-to-market (GTM) ecosystem. This role focuses on translating enablement efforts into measurable business outcomes by correlating program performance with targeted field behaviors, productivity improvements, and revenue impact. You will partner cross-functionally with Revenue Enablement and stakeholder groups of Sales, Alliances, Customer Success, Technical Sales, HR and Operations leaders to define strategic priorities, assess program effectiveness, evaluate skill attainment impact to productivity to ensure enablement investments are directly aligned to GTM objectives. This role is instrumental in demonstrating the value of enablement by connecting learning, content, and program execution to observable behavior change and business performance.
