m2r Education are working in partnership with a highly prestigious organisation in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to recruit an outstanding Female Junior Schools Principal for the new academic year starting August 2026. This is an exceptional leadership opportunity overseeing Kindergarten, Lower Primary and Daycare, within a world-class educational environment. The organisation seeks an inspirational leader with a proven track record of driving academic excellence, developing staff and ensuring outstanding outcomes for students. The Role The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership across Kindergarten, Lower Primary and Daycare, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team. You will lead school improvement initiatives, develop high-performing teams, ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning, and promote a culture of excellence, innovation and student wellbeing. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree + PGCE / QTS – Online degrees are not accepted . NPQSL / CPML or equivalent leadership qualification (essential) Minimum 5 years' successful senior leadership experience within Kindergarten, Lower Primary and/or Daycare Minimum 5 years' teaching experience in a related field Strong experience of strategic school improvement, staff development, performance management and safeguarding Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills Please note that we can only accept female candidates as this is a girls school in Saudi Arabia Single status applicants preferred but not essential Package Competitive TAX FREE salary dependent on experience Fully furnished compound accommodation Transportation to and from school Medical insurance Work visa (Iqama) with all visa costs reimbursed 2-year renewable contract August 2026 Start For safeguarding purposes, a valid police clearance certificate /DBS is required, plus 2 professional references.
