Role Overview: The BDM will play a pivotal role in driving business growth in Europe by generating leads, building client relationships, and closing high-value commercial workspace and retail fit-out deals. This role requires an individual with a deep understanding of the interiors and fit-out industry, excellent sales skills, and a proven ability to achieve targets. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales: Identify, generate, and qualify leads in the interiors and luxury retail fit-out markets in Europe. Build a robust pipeline of potential clients and opportunities. Close high-value deals for commercial workspaces, offices, and retail fit-outs. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their objectives. Sales Target Achievement: Develop and execute strategies to achieve annual sales targets. Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities. Reporting & Coordination: Provide regular reports and updates to the CEO in Dubai on business development activities and sales progress. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction. Requirements: Proven Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the UK interiors and fit-out industry, with a track record of closing high-value commercial workspace and retail projects.
