The Role: We are seeking a UX Designer for a project-based assignment to help design a modern enterprise platform that replaces a legacy system with intuitive, efficient, and scalable user experiences. This role focuses on designing complex internal tools and workflow-driven applications for expert users who rely on high-volume, data-intensive systems every day. You will work directly with business users and engineering teams to translate real-world workflows into wireframes, prototypes, and validated user experiences. The ideal candidate has extensive experience designing enterprise software, understands information-dense interfaces, and knows how to balance usability, efficiency, and scalability. Key Responsibilities: Lead the UX discovery process, heuristic analysis of the current system, planner shadowing, and qualitative research to understand how expert users actually work. Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture grounded in the realities of avails, rights, and conflict-check workflows. Design and iterate on wireframes, interaction patterns, and clickable Figma prototypes that the team can put in front of real users before a line of production code is written. Solve genuinely hard interaction problems: dense data tables, bulk operations across thousands of records, condition shaping at scale, version comparison, and surfacing complex rules logic in
