About the Role We are looking for a responsible and organised Administrative Executive to support the daily administrative operations of the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office administration, handling compliance documentation (including PSB-related matters), coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. Key Responsibilities Handle general administrative duties and office support. Prepare, organise and maintain company records and documentation. Assist in PSB-related administration, documentation and submissions. Coordinate and monitor licences, permits and compliance records. Liaise with government agencies, clients, vendors and external service providers. Manage incoming correspondence, emails and telephone enquiries. Schedule meetings, prepare meeting minutes and coordinate appointments. Maintain filing systems and ensure proper record keeping. Assist in procurement of office supplies and inventory management. Support HR and Finance departments with administrative matters when required. Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by Management. Requirements Diploma or equivalent qualification. Minimum 2 years of administrative experience. Experience handling government portals or compliance documentation will be an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Good communication and organisational skills. Able to work independently and meet deadlines. Meticulous, responsible and willing to learn.
