What You'll Be Doing As part of the Product Analytics team, you'll play a key role in driving user and revenue growth by transforming data into actionable business insights. Your responsibilities include: Analyse user behaviour and product performance to identify growth opportunities Design and maintain KPI dashboards for business monitoring Partner with Product, Marketing and Growth teams to evaluate experiments and optimise user experience Build analytical models using SQL and Python Apply AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate analytical workflows Deliver insight-driven recommendations to improve product performance Conduct competitor analysis and market research to support business strategy We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related disciplines Around 2-5 years' experience in Product Analytics, Data Analytics or Business Intelligence Fresh graduates with outstanding internships are also welcome Strong SQL and Python skills Experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar visualisation tools Strong analytical thinking and commercial awareness Fluent in English and native language in China Willing to relocate to Shanghai on a long-term basis Why Join?
