Job Summary We seek a motivated, self-driven individual to manage Shopify backend operations, support Ecommerce activities, and enhance online sales performance through data management, customer service, and process automation in a fast-growing company. Responsibilities Operate Shopify backend to fulfill orders, conduct stocktaking, and control inventory accurately to maintain seamless order flow Support Ecommerce team by coordinating daily operations and managing online promotional campaigns to drive sales growth Organize and maintain consistent, high-quality product information in the centralized system across all online sales channels to ensure data accuracy Prepare detailed performance reports analyzing online sales campaigns and activities to guide strategic decisions Respond promptly to customer queries, resolve order processing issues, returns, and complaints to ensure excellent customer service Develop and implement automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency Preferred competencies and qualifications 2-3 years of relevant work experience Higher educational certifications (e.g., Diploma/Degree), with pay scaled according to job scope and qualifications Ability to converse in Mandarin
