We are looking for a Transformation Consultant to join our Financial Services Consulting practice in Singapore. The role focuses on transforming banks’ front to middle office operations – from customer strategy and sales/service processes to target operating model (TOM) design – to drive efficiency, innovation, and improved client outcomes. You will work with leading banks (across retail, commercial, private banking, etc.) to analyze their current organization and processes, then design future-state solutions encompassing operating model changes, process re-engineering, and digital enablement. As a Senior Associate, you will deliver core analyses and support project delivery; as a Manager, you will lead engagements, manage stakeholders, and ensure projects meet their strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: Front-Office Consulting Projects: Collaborate with client teams to identify pain points and improvement opportunities in front-office functions (e.g. customer lifecycle management, sales processes, product management, relationship management, digital channels). Develop recommendations to bridge gaps between the current state and desired future state – whether by redesigning business processes, implementing new digital tools, or developing new operating models for front-line teams Target Operating Model Design: Lead efforts to design and implement target operating models (TOM) for front-office transformation. Define clear roles, processes, governance, and technology requirements to support new front-office strategies at scale (e.g. redesign of sales and service structures, integration of digital channels, product lifecycle management). Ensure that the new TOM aligns with clients’ strategic objectives and incorporates best practices in customer experience and operational efficiency Project Leadership & Delivery: For Manager-level hires, oversee end-to-end project management – including planning engagement scope, managing project teams (often multi-disciplinary),
