Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Assist in arranging fresh flowers and bouquets. Help prepare flowers by trimming, watering, and conditioning them. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop. Assist customers with basic inquiries and purchases. Support inventory management by unpacking and organizing flower deliveries. Help with gift wrapping and order preparation. Perform other duties assigned by the florist or supervisor. Requirements: Interest in floristry, flowers, or creative design. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Good communication and teamwork skills. Positive attitude and attention to detail. Able to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting.
