Role: Technical Specialist/Technician- SIE Smart Testing JD: Job Summary – The organization working to develop new technology and deliver winning products to marketplace. This team is focus on delivering the technology and products by validating the design robustness and reliability in the systems. The team supports a diverse portfolio in print business- Home, Office, Large Format Design and Large Format Production product segments. The broad range of products provide the team great opportunities to work on different technology, expose to different market segments and multiple opportunities for career development. The SIE team is seeking for Technical Specialists to be part of the team to support product development by conducting system level testing in Singapore. Technical Skills: The key job scopes of the successful candidate are: Conducts System Interaction testing to deliver to new programs intended to meet or exceed customer experience with the guidance from experienced engineers. Work with Subject matter expert to define test requirement. You are responsible in logistic and resource planning to meet program schedule. First level troubleshooting if any technical issue found hindering the testing and suggest solution or workaround. You will help to compile test result and report to the program lead. Job Requirements: The requisites for the position are as follow. Minimally a Diploma in electrical/electronic/mechanical engineering or with at least 5 years of working experience in the relevant field. Able to collaborate with engineers and work effectively with inspectors. Relevant Knowledge and Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent English written, verbal communication and presentation skills. Excellent project management skills. HP basic TIJ and Ink supply knowledge. Comfortable in setting up PC and mobile OS and integrating it with Test hardware, software, and drivers. Basic programming languages C++, C#, Visual Basic is advantage. O
