Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Devise and implement people strategies aligned with country business goals, global HR frameworks, and Center of Excellence (COE) guidance. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, including the L&D Manager for Singapore & Malaysia and the HR Business Partner for Malaysia, to deliver a best-in-class HR service. HR Shared Services Oversight: Oversee the HR Shared Services team to ensure seamless, efficient, and customer-focused operations across Enterprise, Regional, and Global entities. Business Partnering & Advisory: Serve as the strategic HR Business Partner for Singapore, advising management on industrial relations, organizational change, performance management, and complex employee relations issues. Talent Management & Acquisition: Partner with operational managers to implement talent management pipelines, succession planning, and robust Employer Brand (EVP) initiatives. Employee Engagement & Culture: Utilize people analytics to drive employee experience, reduce turnover, and embed an organizational culture focused on equity, diversity, and inclusion. Job Requirements Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of human resources experience, ideally within human resource solutions, professional services, or a global corporate environment. Leadership: Proven track record in a senior HR leadership role managing cross-border teams across multiple countries. Market Knowledge: In-depth, practical understanding of both the Singapore and Malaysia HR landscapes and employment regulatory environments. Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with verified experience influencing senior leadership and diverse cross-functional teams. Location & Mobility: Based full-time in Singapore, with the ability and willingness to travel regularly to Malaysia as required by the business.
