Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and technicallycompetent Assistant Project Manager to support and drive ourconstruction projects—particularly Addition & Alteration (A&A)works . The ideal candidate is well-versed in project documentation, independent in managing daily operations. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of Addition & Alteration (A&A) projects in accordance with project schedules, safety requirements, and quality standards. Establish, implement, and ensure compliance with project SOPs, QA/QC processes, and workflow controls. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure smooth project progression. Monitor site progress, manpower allocation, and material deliveries; report issues proactively and propose solutions. Assist in budgeting, cost tracking, variation order preparation, and procurement activities. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural Technology, or relevant discipline. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in A&A projects or general building works in Singapore. Strong knowledge of project documentation control, site processes, and regulatory submission requirements. Independent worker with strong ownership, discipline, and ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision. Competent in preparing technical proposals, tender submissions, and method statements. Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in MS Office; experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project/ is an advantage. Possess a driving license is referred.
