Overview One Year Fully Sponsored Training Duration – 12 months (Structured OJT Training Programme) On-the-job Training – Learn and work on the Combined Cycle Power Plant engine through systematic coaching Control Room Operations – Exposure to practical and comprehensive aspects of control room operations. Soft Skills – Enhance non-technical skills such as teamwork and interpersonal skills Responsibilities: Assist in Planning, reviewing and executing preventive and corrective maintenance programs in line with best practices and OEM recommendations. Support the identification and reporting on plant and equipment inefficiencies and suggest possible improvements. Assist in developing and implementing short term engineering solutions that efficiently resolve problems with plant. Liaison with and providing technical support to operations and maintenance staff. Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements which includes laws related to cyber security like and not restricted to Gas metering code, ISO-27001 and CCoP. Support the execution and coordination plant engineering projects, including plant overhauls, ensuring desired outcomes are achieved in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Participate in coordinating technical training for others in area of technical expertise. Participate in monitoring the effectiveness of maintenance programs, including major overhauls, and providing information and advice in respect of Contractors’ work performance.
