Job Description
Responsibilities: Drive strategic planning, governance, and stakeholder management by developing and implementing a roadmap for AI and GenAI initiatives, establishing governance frameworks and policies, monitoring compliance, and engaging with business leaders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to promote the benefits of AI technologies. Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to ensure alignment and smooth execution of initiatives. Identify and promote innovative AI and GenAI use cases, support the development of custom applications and models, and contribute to functional and process design, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Lead the design and development of chatbot and automation workflows using Microsoft technologies such as MS OpenAI, AI Search, AI Foundry, and Power Platform, while conducting evaluations of large language models from key market providers. Encourage experimentation and prototyping to drive digital transformation and provide advisory support across a broad range of AI-related technologies. Implement security measures to safeguard data and AI models, ensuring adherence to established security policies and standards. Develop and deliver training programs to upskill employees on AI and GenAI tools, prepare training materials, conduct tech talks, and foster a community of practice for knowledge sharing and best practices. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field, supported by professional certifications in Azure, AI, or Data Science. Minimum of 12 years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 8 years applying AI to practical technology solutions. Strong background in AI and GenAI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, NLP, generative models, and large language models such as GPT, Llama, and Claude.
