We're a senior-led recruiting and hiring-systems consultancy based in Switzerland. One senior partner. We're hiring a Content & Social Media Specialist to own our channels and content strategy — LinkedIn, Instagram, pitch decks — and turn a founder and a consultancy into a brand our market recognizes. In our voice, on our brand system, start to finish. What you'd run Founder LinkedIn ready-to-ship posts. The founder's takes, client texture and opinions become posts he reads once and publishes. Company channels, end to end. Gunia Consulting 's LinkedIn page and Instagram — planned, produced, scheduled, reported. No blank weeks. Research and Market know-how. You understand the target audience and create content based on market trends. A content engine. A rolling calendar of what's worth saying, researched and produced inside our existing design system — so output stays consistent. Open roles, distributed. Every live mandate goes out as content that feeds inbound candidates, not just another job board listing. How the engagement works Time: x hours/week (tbd). Deliverables: an agreed weekly output, produced and scheduled. Founder posts, company posts, Open Roles. Infrastructure: our accounts, our brand system — built by our design partner. You produce within it. You're not redesigning the brand, but enhancing it. Requirements You've built a strategy and real content work: A brand voice, content, a visual identity. You write cleanly in English, native or near-native. An eye for minimalist, restrained design — not AI-generated mass imagery. Fluent with Figma (or similar), Google + Meta Ads. You can write a deck with taste — strategy, pitch, or branded content. Self-directed. You scope, ship, document. Nice to have German. Experience with B2B service brands — consultancies, agencies, professional services. Familiarity with the recruiting / talent / consulting space, or willingness to absorb it fast.
