Description This role will lead and implement the digital strategy for some of our largest clients with a high degree of autonomy, while also managing junior staff. You are expected to independently lead the work at all stages of the operation and enjoy the credit. Depending on the size of your accounts, you’ll likely lead on two or three clients. Aisle 518 Strategies has a fully remote workforce, and roles are open to candidates across the United States. Responsibilities You are the client lead – that means articulating your vision for the digital program in full, producing the results, and keeping the client updated on our progress. You will get regular support given the nature of these clients, but this is your show. You are expected to be able to lead the work independently. Work with the digital advertising team on the strategic development and implementation of large-scale direct response marketing campaigns. Calendar and run email and SMS programs designed to mobilize supporters, often with an emphasis on small-dollar, online fundraising. You will write the majority of the content, but you will have production support in this role. Create fundraising projections for your clients and maintain regular reporting to track progress to goals Monitor email deliverability and ensure proper list hygiene practices Support additional fundraising needs from clients as necessary, including but not limited to managing digital bundling or partner fundraising programs. Some work managing client stores and websites could be necessary, including working with outside vendors or developers to manage these projects. In this role, you’ll be expected to manage 1-3 staffers. This responsibility includes but is not limited to managing performance reviews, providing regular feedback, and helping train/mentor all junior staff to do the work you already know
