Summary of Position The Director, Marketing PMO is a senior leadership role responsible for defining, scaling, and continuously improving the marketing project management operating model across the Marketing organization. This role oversees the planning and delivery of a high‑volume portfolio of marketing initiatives supporting both B2C and B2B teams, spanning strategy development through execution, measurement, and optimization. The organization operates in a complex, fast‑paced environment with significant campaign volume across channels, teams, and stakeholders. The Director, Marketing PMO brings structure, discipline, and clarity to how work is planned and delivered, reducing duplication and rework while improving speed, predictability, and quality. This is a transformation‑focused role. The Director will evolve the Marketing PMO into a best‑in‑class center of excellence, modernizing ways of working, strengthening governance and documentation, and leveraging technology to enable scalable and consistent delivery.
