We are looking for an experienced Head of Security Controller to support and strengthen our security compliance infrastructure and help to shape the future of national security compliance. Job Description About the role Reporting directly to the UK Marine Director, as the Head of Security Control you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our people, data, and operations meet and exceed Government Agency requirements by leading the day-to-day management of physical and personnel security vetting helping to shape the future of national security compliance. You will be the primary point of contact for national security compliance and the primary interface between GE Vernova and government agencies. This is a boot on the ground role where you will be the driving force behind our security culture, ensuring we meet complex regulatory demands including the administration, auditing, and processing of security clearances. This is a hybrid role based at our Rugby, UK office 3 days a week. What you will do • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain full compliance with the UK Security Policy Framework (SPF), JSP, and IPSA requirements.
