Job Description We are seeking a qualified and skilled AGV Service &Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and reliability of AutomatedGuided Vehicle (AGV) systems deployed in healthcare and industrial facilities. Key Responsibilities Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on AGV systems and associated equipment. Attend breakdown calls and carry out troubleshooting, diagnostics, repair, and restoration of AGV systems. Inspect, test, calibrate, and commission AGVs, battery charging systems, conveyors, PLC panels, HMI, sensors, motors, encoders, and network devices. Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance works. Replace defective components and verify system performance after repairs. Prepare service reports, preventive maintenance checklists, and maintenance documentation. Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements and company safety procedures. Work closely with customers to ensure system availability and operational reliability. Requirements Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma or equivalent in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in AGV, AMR, industrial automation, conveyor systems, PLC controls, or electrical/mechanical maintenance. Knowledge of PLC systems, industrial networking, electrical control panels, sensors, and automation equipment. Able to interpret electrical drawings and technical manuals. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience and knowledge of MLR AGV systems will be an added advantage. Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
