You will be the heartbeat of the floor—setting the tone, injecting life into the space, and motivating a team to deliver exceptional hospitality. Key Responsibilities Lead the Floor: Act as the ultimate host, engaging with guests to create an electric, welcoming atmosphere and an unforgettable vibe. Oversee Operations: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination between the kitchen, the bar program (aperitivi), and the dining floor. Motivate the Team: Recruit, train, and mentor the service and bar staff, building a positive, high-performing team culture. Drive Revenue: Plan and execute special events, activations, and promotions to enhance guest experience and boost sales. Guest Relations: Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly to build guest loyalty. Maintain Standards: Monitor inventory, control operational costs, and ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness regulations. Job Requirements: At least 4 years of experience in fast-paced restaurant and bar management. Outgoing, charismatic personality with a natural ability to bring positive energy and vibe to a space. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of motivating and developing a team. Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
