Job Description
This role can be performed in either Berlin, Germany or London, UK Corporate offices. There will be travel required up to 10% of the time, mostly within the EMEA region. There will be travel required - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience in labor/employee relations or employment law - Specialised expertise in German labor law, including the Works Constitution Act (BetrVG), co-determination rights, and works agreement negotiation - Experience managing Works Council relationships in co-determination environments - Experience leading consultations, negotiations, and reconciliation processes - Experience advising senior leaders on complex LR matters - Fluent in written and spoken German (CEFR, C2) and English (CEFR, C2)
