What you will be working on This pivotal role seeks a versatile professional to partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects/products to achieve a common goal of shaping assessment through technology; by bridging assessment tech innovation, robust business operations, and complex government domains and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities As a Digital Business Analyst, you will work as a key project team member to support the agency and collaborate with stakeholders, fellow project managers, solution architects, technical services consultants and vendors to deliver and manage digital solutions. What will you be working on Partner with the business teams to elicit business and agency’s needs through human-centric and visual methods such as interviews, workshops, process modelling, journey mapping, and data analysis. Apply design thinking / service design methodology and tools to identify current state gaps and challenges, and develop future state design and solutions Evaluate and recommend suitable technology while aligning with company's technology directions (such as cloud-based, enterprise architecture and modernization of legacy systems, adoption of SG tech stack) Work with business teams to develop user stories, functional/technical specifications and acceptance criteria Ensure product/system readiness for smooth deployment, adoption and exam operations Analyse impact of requested changes and propose improvements to continuously address changing business needs, and work with support team to understand and address technical problems (operations management) Assist the business team to identify new opportunities and problems to solve for the agency’s digital transformation Build deep knowledge of agency’s business and operations and identify opportunities to support the transformation of agency’s business / operation What we are looking for Minimum 5-7 years in technical business analysis roles Strong knowledge of software dev
