Dymon Asia Capital is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented HR Associate Director to drive the delivery of end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, ensuring efficient, accurate, and compliant HR service delivery. The role partners closely with HR, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver operational excellence, optimize HR processes, implement automation initiatives, and lead HR projects that enhance the employee experience. Key Responsibilities Own and manage end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, job changes, offboarding, and employee documentation, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Oversee the integrity and governance of employee data within the HRIS, ensuring compliance with internal controls, data privacy requirements, and employment regulations. Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, IT, Compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless HR operational support and implement business-driven initiatives. Lead continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing existing processes, identifying efficiencies, and implementing best practices to enhance HR service delivery. Drive HR digitalisation and automation initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR Operations Develop, maintain, and regularly review HR operational policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process documentation. Monitor HR operational metrics and analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing insight sand recommendations to HR leadership. Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, audit requirements, and regulatory obligations across all HR operational activities. Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and continuous improvement.
