The Field Marketing & Retail Intern supports PRISM+’s offline growth engine by coordinating execution for retail events, live streaming + partnership activations, and corporate events. This role works closely with the Retail team and Marketing team to ensure activations are executed smoothly, assets are ready on time, and post-event learnings are captured for continuous improvement. This is a highly operational, fast-paced role for someone who enjoys on-ground execution, coordination, and learning how commercial events drive revenue in a D2C retail brand. Responsibilities Retail Events & Operations Support Support the planning and execution of PRISM+ retail mega shows, pop-ups, and in-store weekend activations. Coordinate in-store, pop-up and events materials with the team: signage, QR codes, promo collateral, booth supplies Explore and implement innovative VM and creative solutions with Head of Retail and Marketing team to support retail promotions Support Head of Retail on other ad-hoc projects to achieve store KPIs Live St
