Job Description We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Assistant Manager to support the Sales Manager in overseeing daily sales operations, leading the sales team, and achieving company sales targets. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to drive business growth while maintaining high operational standards. Key Responsibilities Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Supervise and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team sales targets. Provide excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships. Monitor daily sales performance and prepare sales reports for management. Train, coach, and evaluate sales staff to improve product knowledge and selling skills. Ensure visual merchandising and product displays are maintained according to company standards. Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and stock accuracy. Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally. Coordinate promotional campaigns, exhibitions, roadshows, and marketing activities. Support recruitment, staff scheduling, and daily operational planning. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards. Perform other duties assigned by management. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of sales or retail experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive team performance. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and relationship management skills. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work weekends, public holidays, or flexible hours
