Key Responsibilities:Market Development & Influencer Engagement Implement the loyalty program of the company for retailers and mechanics. Conduct regular visits to mechanics, workshops, retailers, and service centres to promoteproducts and build brand loyalty. Organize mechanic meets, retailer training programs, and product demonstrations toenhance product understanding and preference. Collect and share market feedback, competitor information, and customer insights with thesales team. Support secondary sales through influencer-based product promotion and brand advocacy.Dealer & Distributor Support Coordinate with distributors and dealers to ensure availability and visibility of products inthe assigned territory. Assist in demand generation and secondary sales through influencer activities. Monitor product movement and provide field intelligence for stock planning.Brand Visibility & Promotion Ensure merchandising and display of company products at workshops, garages, and retailoutlets. Execute local promotional campaigns, brand awareness drives, and mechanic incentiveprograms.Support marketing events, product launches, and roadshows organized by the company.Reporting & Documentation Maintain daily activity reports, visit logs, and feedback records. Share competitor activity reports, pricing trends, and field insights with the Area SalesManager. Track and report the effectiveness of promotional activities and field campaigns.Key Skills & Competencies: Strong communication skills in local languages as per geography and trade lingo for longlasting business relationships. Good understanding of automotive components and aftermarket operations. Influencing ability with mechanics, retailers, and trade partners. Self-motivated with strong field orientation and customer focus. Basic knowledge of MS Excel / mobile reporting tools.
