Job Description
ABOUT MAMAYA HEALTH Mamaya Health is a women's mental health company built for the moments that matter most — fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and perimenopause. We provide therapy, clinical care coordination, coaching, and peer support for women across the full reproductive lifespan. We partner with healthcare systems, OB/GYN practices, midwifery groups, and hospitals to assure that women get the assistance they need and don’t fall through the cracks. THe company is growing fast, and our provider network is one of the most important drivers of that growth. We currently work with over 1,500 providers across multiple health systems, and we have 800+ organizations in our outreach pipeline. Our goal is to make Mamaya the first call providers make when a patient is struggling. THE ROLE This is not a cold-call sales job. This is a relationship role — and it matters. You'll spend your time educating OB/GYNs, midwives, pediatricians, L&D nurses, and practice staff about who we are, what we treat, and how to refer. You'll engage with our partners and make sure every provider who interacts with Mamaya feels supported. This is a 90-day contract-to-potential-hire role. We are seeking to engage with someone who wants to help Mamaya grow — full-time employment includes a base salary and commission structure and would start on Day 9, if you hit your targets. WHAT YOU'LL DO First 30–45 Days: Learn the Landscape Get deep on Mamaya's programs, clinical focus areas, referral pathways, and insurance coverage — enough to speak confidently with any provider type Audit and organize our CRM; understand who's active, who's lapsed, and who we haven't reached yet Shadow and then join outreach calls, check-ins, and lunch-and-learns with existing partners Begin re-engaging dormant partners and scheduling check-ins Build the muscle of logging every touchpoint in
