Quality Staffing Specialists are currently seeking skilled Registered Nurses to work within the hospital in the Operating Room. Unit is a 16-bed unit with an average daily census of 40. The facility provides comprehensive general surgical services. Required Skills/Experience: Must have 2 years of recent Operating room experience Experience required for the following cases: Neurology, Oral, ENT, Orthopedics, General, Bariatrics, Urology, GYN, Vascular, Robotics, Plastics, Dental, and Podiatry. EMR: Epic experience required Trauma experience preferred Bariatrics experience: Scrub Bariatric Surgery ENT experience: Scrub ENT Surgery, Tonsillectomy/Adenoidectomy, and Tracheostomy. Endoscopic Procedures: Colonoscopy, EGD, and PEG tube placement/exchange. General Surgery: Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy, Colorectal resection, Hernia repair inguinal/umbilical, Laparoscopic assisted procedures, Mastectomy, Scrub General Surgery, and Thyroidectomy, partial/total. Gynecology: Abdominal/Vaginal hysterectomy, Anterior/Posterior Repair (Colporrhaphy), Bilateral tubal ligation, Dilation/Curettage, Laproscopic assisted gynecological procedures, Scrub Gynecology surgery, Therapeutic Abortion, and Vulvectomy. Neurology: ALIF (Anterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion), Anterior cervical fusion, Cervical fusions, Craniotomy, Insertion of VT shunt, Kyphoplasty, Laminectomy/Discectomy, Lumbar Fusion, MIS (Minimally Invasive Surgery), Scrub Neurology surgery, and XLIF (Extreme Lateral Interbody Fusion) Oral: Adult Dentistry, Closed reduction facial fractures/wiring, Deciduous teeth extraction, Pediatric dentistry, Repair of fractured jaws - Mandibular - Zygomatic, Scrub Oral surgery, and Temporomandibular joint Orthopedic: Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction, Arthroscopy, Arthrotomy, Carpal tunnel release, Closed reduction of fractures, Laminectomy/Discectomy, Open reduction of fractures, Ortho/Spine, Scrub Orthopedic surgeries, Spinal Fusion, and Total joint replacement.
