Work on global projects in Sales/Logistics/Purchasing domains Work on back-office projects (BPO - Business Process Outsourcing);  Communicate with Japanese / German customers for project status and information sharing Work with ERP systems like SAP to support the BOSCH Unit of Japan/ Germany/other countries for their Purchasing / Sales processes  Perform logistics billing verification, including factual checks (shipment details, quantities, routes) and price checks against contracts and tariffs. Validate invoices in line with transport agreements, rate cards, and service conditions. Identify discrepancies, clarify root causes, and coordinate corrections with logistics service providers. Communicate professionally in Japanese with stakeholders regarding billing inquiries and issue resolution. Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails for billing verification activities. Support reporting of logistics costs, discrepancies, and resolution status. Contribute to continuous improvement of billing verification and cost control processes.     •  Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). •  Experience in logistics billing, freight cost verification, or invoice auditing is preferred. •  Strong understanding of logistics and transportation processes (e.g., freight modes, lanes, tariffs). •  Fluent Japanese communication skills (written and verbal) required and excellent business-level English proficiency. •  Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. •  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP or logistics systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage. •  Ability to work independently, manage multiple invoices, and meet deadlines in a struc
