Job Description
Perform data collection from various project teams to compile portfolio-level information as per communication and alignment with customer or customer interface. Generate standardized project and portfolio status reports based on established templates and schedules. Maintain project documentation, ensuring all records are current and stored in the designated repositories. Execute PMO processes for project monitoring and control under the guidance of senior team members. Utilize project management tools to track project data, resource allocation, and budget information accurately. Conduct quality checks on project data submissions to ensure accuracy and completeness for reporting. Collaborate with project team members to gather necessary project updates and resolve data discrepancies. Contribute to the team's knowledge base by documenting PMO procedures and lessons learned from reporting cycles. Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, regulatory requirements, company policies, and quality frameworks applicable to the role and assigned projects. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Proven experience in a project coordination, project administration, or business operations role. Experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO) environment is highly desirable. Proficient in English Communication Proficient in Office Applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PPT) Knowledge of or experience with Microsoft Power BI is an advantage.
