Job Description
Credit Risk Management Related Tasks; Credit risk analysis of current customers & dealers with a view to NWC, DSO and Overdue Receivables, to provide guidance for commercial actions Evaluating the business credit risk of prospective customers and provide guidance for their commercial & payment terms Yearly evaluation and maintenance of the credit limits of current customers & dealers Yearly evaluation, documentation and booking of dealer guarantee letters, along with their physical receipt organization with customers and banks Daily check and approval of orders and deliveries as per credit risk level assessment of customers & dealers, in coordination with Logistics team Review and approval of monthly customer discount invoices Collaboration with Sales departments for customer meetings Touch-point of accounts receivables reporting within the organization Accounting & Treasury Related Tasks: Receivable collection forecast, reported to Treasury Department Overdue payment tracking and interest payment calculation for invoicing Coordination between customers and accounting department concerning reconciliations Year-end dealer commercial actions: DSO calculation, overdue receivables assessment and FX difference invoicing Official documentation updates (ad hoc, yearly, biennial or longer): Operating Statement, Capacity Report, Signature Renewal etc. Organization of inventory and fixed-asset stocktaking processes Monitoring compliance of local procedures with main procedures Graduated from the relevant departments of universities 0–3 years of experience within credit risk management or accounting departments Strong communication and negotiation skills Solid understanding of accounting principles Solution oriented mindset Adva
