Job Description
Key Responsibilities 1. Requirement-Based Testing Leadership Lead end-to-end RBT activities for Software and System Requirements in V-Model. Analyze customer requirements and derive testable verification criteria. Ensure complete traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects. 2. Test Strategy & Planning Define project-level test strategy aligned with product risk, complexity, and release targets. Establish test architecture (HiL / SiL / automation) for scalable validation. Optimize test scope, prioritization, and coverage. 3. Test Design Apply advanced Test Design Techniques (boundary, equivalence, state-based, fault injection, etc.) Drive standardization in test specification and structure to enable automation and reuse Review and approve test designs to ensure high defect detection effectiveness. 4. Technical & Domain Expertise Contribute deep understanding in: Automotive systems & Functional Knowhow (e.g., braking systems: ESP, iBooster, etc.) Embedded systems and microcontroller architecture Support root cause analysis with system-level and software-level insights. 5. Problem Solving & Quality Leadership Lead defect analysis and cross-functional problem solving. Drive quality improvements and process optimization in V&V. 6. Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate with Project Manager, system engineers, Test development teams, and software development teams. Translate stakeholders need efficient, measurable V&V strategies. Communicate test progress, risks, and quality status clearly. Bachelor of computer Engineering/ Information Technology/ Electrical-Electronics/ Electronics-Telecommunication/ Mechatronics Engineering/ Automotive or related fields. 6
