Strategy and Change Management - Oversee and Evolve transformation activities for the establishment of new products, services, processes (present and future core), digitalization and other strategic change initiatives and overall plant efficiency. Business Development and Continuity- Obsolescence Management, Tooling & process management and contingency management at plant level  Assets Management- Drive the Maintenance and Reliability initiatives under Zero breakdown strategy through focused approach on TPM, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance. Maintain plant infrastructure and manufacturing assets for improving productivity & OEE  Liasoning and Collaboration- Establish active collaboration in Regional and International networks for knowledge sharing, problem solving, risk mitigation, innovation and develop cross-functional expertise to foster resilient and dynamic ecosystem. Ensure industrial harmony along with Bosch leadership inline with legal requirements coming form external stake holders. Sustainability And Budget Planning - Promote the use of renewable resources and other sustainable technologies. Oversee the department revenue budget  People Management - Foster positive people experiences across the employee lifecycle and develop a healthy talent pipeline through competence management, Employee engagement and well being. Foresee competency requirements technical, digital and behavioral based on Present and Future trends and direct employee capabilities with Competency building.
