As an Automation AI Developer , you will design, develop, and implement automation and AI-driven solutions that support HR IT processes and business needs. Working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will translate business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring scalability, stability, and continuous improvement. Your main responsibilities will include: Design, develop, and implement automation solutions and AI-powered applications for HR IT use cases. Build, maintain, and optimize automation workflows, API integrations, and low-code solutions using modern automation platforms. Integrate AI services such as natural language processing, intelligent document processing, and conversational AI into existing HR IT systems. Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve workflows. Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously optimize automation and AI solutions while maintaining comprehensive technical documentation. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, or a comparable technical field. Experience Approximately 3 years of professional experience in automation development, business analysis, project management, or a related IT role. Experience developing automation solutions in an HR or enterprise IT environment is considered an advantage. Proven experience with low-code platforms and automation technologies such as OutSystems, Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, ServiceNow or similar. Know-how Strong knowledge of automation frameworks, API development and integration, and AI-enabled solutions.
