Job Description
Support the execution and monitoring of day-to-day compliance activities, ensuring alignment with Bosch global standards. Assist in the identification and assessment of potential compliance risks. Support the drafting of reports and compilation of documentation in accordance with  Decree-Law No. 109-E/2021 . Assist in end-to-end compliance investigations, including data collection, preliminary evidence reviews, and documentation organization. Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness. Support the preparation and update of compliance training materials. Assist business units with the practical application of internal policies. Education Bachelor’s degree in  Law ,  Compliance , or a related field. Certifications such as  CCEP (Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional)  or  CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner)  are a plus. Experience Academic or internship experience in legal, compliance, or regulatory environments is a plus. Experience in similar roles will be valued. Know how Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, SharePoint). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Good report writing and documentation skills. Languages English : fluent (written and spoken). Portuguese : fluent (preferred). Working Style and Methods Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Highly organized and methodical.
