We are seeking a strategic, hands-on, and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and drive our brand’s growth in the Singapore market. You will be responsible for developing integrated marketing strategies across digital, influencer, and experiential channels, while managing campaigns end-to-end and mentoring junior team members. This role plays a critical part in shaping brand positioning, accelerating customer engagement, and delivering measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities 1. Marketing Strategy & Planning Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business and brand objectives. Plan and manage annual and quarterly marketing roadmaps, budgets, and KPIs. Translate business goals into actionable campaigns across digital, social, influencer, and offline touchpoints. Ensure brand consistency and storytelling across all channels. 2. Social Media & Content Leadership Oversee social media strategy, content pillars, and monthly content calendars. Guide the creation of high-quality, engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging channels. Review and optimize content performance using analytics and insights. Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and evolving consumer behaviours. 3. Influencer & Partnership Marketing Lead influencer (KOL) strategy, from identification and negotiation to execution and evaluation. Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, agencies, and partners. Ensure influencer content aligns with brand values, campaign objectives, and storytelling direction. Track and analyse campaign performance including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI. 4. Events, Activations & Brand Experiences Lead the planning and execution of on-ground events, pop-ups, and brand activations.
