The company works with a diverse client base across the United States, with a strong focus on the Spanish-speaking market in Florida. They are currently investing in automation systems, bilingual support, and scalable sales operations to create a seamless customer experience while continuing to grow their client portfolio. About the Role The client is seeking a driven and bilingual Sales & Lead Management Specialist to support lead nurturing, appointment setting, and sales closing efforts. This person will be responsible for managing inbound and aged leads, following up with prospects who did not book calls or missed appointments, and helping convert leads into paying clients. The ideal candidate has experience in sales environments, is comfortable handling objections, understands relationship-based selling, and can confidently communicate in both English and Spanish while using GoHighLevel (GHL) as their primary CRM. Key Responsibilities Lead Follow Up & Appointment Setting Reach out to inbound and aged leads who did not book a consultation Follow up with no-show leads and re-engage potential clients Schedule qualified appointments on the client’s calendar Maintain consistent communication with prospects through calls
