Responsibilities Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management to support project and company goals Monitor project progress against approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and schedules to maintain quality and timelines Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at project sites to ensure smooth operations and adherence to project plans Review engineering drawings and technical documents to verify constructability and compliance with project requirements Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and material resources to optimize site operations Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship meets project and industry standards Enforce compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, company safety policies, and environmental requirements Identify technical issues on site and propose engineering solutions to minimize delays and maintain project flow Prepare and maintain accurate site records, daily reports, progress updates, and project documentation Participate in site meetings and coordinate follow-up actions with project stakeholders to resolve issues and align objectives Support project commissioning, testing, and handover activities to ensure smooth project completion Ensure all work complies with client specifications, quality requirements, and statutory regulations Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in engineering and construction projects Strong project coordination and project management capabilities Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong commitment to safety, quality, and project delivery Experience in process piping, HVAC systems, cleanroom facilities, utility systems, or chemical delivery systems Knowledge of engineering calculations, equipment selection, and detailed engineering design Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced pr
