We're currently supporting the growth of a logistics technology platform and are looking for a sharp, ambitious, and commercially minded Marketing Director to help scale the business globally. The Role This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys owning both strategy and execution. As Marketing Director, you'll bridge the gap between B2B supply chain marketing and technology platform growth, building and optimizing the marketing engine that attracts, converts, and retains 3PL partners and platform users worldwide. Working directly with the CEO and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll be responsible for everything from high-level growth planning and market expansion initiatives to campaign execution, outreach strategy, funnel optimization, and performance analysis. We're looking for someone who understands the logistics landscape, knows how to market a B2B platform or marketplace, and enjoys rolling up their sleeves to make things happen. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Growth Own and execute the company's global marketing strategy, including brand positioning, demand generation, content marketing, SEO, paid media, email marketing, and product marketing. Develop and optimize inbound and outbound marketing funnels that drive qualified 3PL partnerships and platform sign-ups. Build scalable lead generation systems and nurturing programs across email, LinkedIn, and other acquisition channels. Develop compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with 3PL providers, e-commerce merchants, and supply chain stakeholders. Partner closely with the CE
