About the Role: We’re looking for a highly skilled WordPress Developer to design and deliver high-performing, mobile-first websites from end to end. In this role, you’ll build 3–5 custom WordPress sites per month, creating conversion-focused landing pages with strong UI/UX and clean, SEO-optimized structures. You’ll work hands-on with tools like Beaver Builder and ActiveCampaign, embedding tracking scripts, optimizing site speed and performance, and ensuring every build meets modern technical SEO standards. Beyond new builds, you’ll maintain and improve existing client sites, troubleshoot issues quickly, and implement enhancements that drive measurable results. This is a fast-paced, execution-focused role ideal for a detail-oriented individual contributor who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and thrives while managing multiple projects. You’ll collaborate via Slack, manage tasks in Notion, and work EST-aligned with a high-performance team.
