Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to support the growth and expansion of our business. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, increase sales, and support marketing initiatives while working closely with management to achieve the company's strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue and expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event organizers, and business partners. Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to achieve company targets. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and business opportunities. Prepare business proposals, quotations, contracts, and presentations. Coordinate promotional campaigns and marketing activities across digital and offline platforms. Manage corporate accounts and maintain long-term customer relationships. Work closely with restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management. Attend networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings to promote the company's services. Perform other business development duties assigned by management. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or account management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience in the Food & Beverage or hospitality industry is an advantage. Language Requirement Excellent spoken and written English is required. Fluency in Turkish (spoken and written)
