Job Description We are looking for a skilled and passionate Turkish Chef to prepare authentic Turkish cuisine while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation. The successful candidate will be responsible for menu preparation, kitchen operations, food quality control, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook authentic Turkish dishes according to established recipes and quality standards. Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control. Develop and introduce new Turkish menu items and seasonal specials. Supervise food preparation and kitchen operations. Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in accordance with Singapore regulations. Monitor food inventory and place orders for ingredients when required. Minimize food wastage through proper stock rotation and inventory control. Train and guide junior kitchen staff on Turkish cooking techniques and kitchen procedures. Ensure all dishes are prepared and served within the required service time. Work closely with management to maintain customer satisfaction and improve menu offerings. Perform other kitchen-related duties assigned by management. Requirements Proven experience as a Turkish Chef or in preparing authentic Turkish cuisine. Strong knowledge of traditional Turkish cooking techniques, ingredients, spices, breads, grilled meats, kebabs, mezes, desserts, and regional specialties. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to manage kitchen operations, inventory, and food costs. Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred. Language Requirement Basic spoken English is required for communication with management and kitchen staff.
