Job Description
Process monthly payroll for both staff and workers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and company policies. Collate and verify attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, and other payroll data from HR and project teams. Ensure payroll is completed within tight deadlines without errors. Prepare and distribute salary slips, reports, and relevant payroll summaries. Handle statutory filings and payments such as CPF, IRAS, or local equivalents. Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee payroll records. Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to staff and worker queries promptly. Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate data and handle payroll-related queries efficiently Assist in annual audits, internal checks, and reconciliations related to payroll. Ensure compliance with company confidentiality standards and payroll-related regulation Requirements: Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
