Rufus is a generative AI-powered shopping assistant in the Amazon Shopping app designed to help answer a variety of shopping-related questions. Rufus makes it easy for customers to find and discover the - Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team - Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design - Experience in professional, non-internship software development - Experience leading the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems - Experience in development in the last 3 years
