About This Role: The Paint Lead is responsible for applying industrial paint finishes on metals or manufactured products. You will mix paints and other solutions, monitor drying and quality to ensure desired results. Overall, the paint lead plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of painting projects by overseeing all aspects of the painting process, from planning and coordination to execution and quality control. What You'll Be Working On: Equipment Operation: Operating HVLP, Airless, Powder Gun, and brush n roll, to apply industrial paint finishes on metals or manufactured products. Material Preparation: Mixing paints and other solutions. Quality & Curing: Monitoring curing to ensure desired results.
