Role Overview The Director, Clinical Applications, is a domain leader responsible for the delivery, team management, and client engagement within Ellit Groups ' Clinical Solutions service line. This role provides direct leadership of clinical workflow consultants, clinical leadership, and clinical application analysts, ensuring high-quality delivery outcomes across client engagements. The Director serves as the primary point of accountability for day-to-day team performance, client relationship health, and delivery consistency across active engagements. Working collaboratively with Platform Leads, Client Success Partners, and Ellit Groups leadership, this role ensures that clinical expertise is applied effectively across implementations, optimizations, and managed services engagements spanning inpatient, ambulatory, and perioperative environments. The Director, Clinical Applications carries billable responsibilities focused on advisory support, delivery oversight, and client engagement, with expectations adjusted based on team management demands and portfolio size.
