We create science-backed beauty-from-within products that help customers glow, feel confident, and build better daily wellness routines. We are looking for a Marketing Executive who is creative, proactive, and passionate about beauty, wellness, social media, and e-commerce growth. Role Overview As a Marketing Executive, you will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across social media, e-commerce, retail, influencer marketing, livestreams, and brand activations. You should be someone who can take ideas and turn them into clear action plans, content briefs, and campaign executions. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment and is comfortable being hands-on. Key Responsibilities 1. Campaign Planning & Execution Assist in planning monthly marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns. Prepare campaign briefs, timelines, content angles, and promotional mechanics. Coordinate with internal teams, designers, content creators, livestreamers, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution. Track campaign performance and suggest improvements. 2. Social Media & Content Support Support content planning for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social channels. Research trending content formats, hooks, beauty trends, and competitor content. Prepare content briefs, captions, scripts, and posting schedules. Work closely with the content team to ensure content is aligned with brand direction. 3. Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Source, liaise, and coordinate with KOLs, influencers, affiliates, and livestreamers. Manage seeding lists, campaign deliverables, posting timelines, and content approvals. Track influencer performance and maintain good relationships with creators. Assist in planning influencer campaigns, brand trips, product launches, and social proof campaigns. 4. E-commerce & Marketpl
