Labcorp is seeking a remote based to join our Team!” Work Schedule- 2nd Shift (India) Job Responsibilities AI Solution Implementation & Delivery Develop, test, and deploy full‑stack AI applications using IBM watsonx and other AI/ML frameworks tailored to HR use cases (e.g., talent acquisition, employee experience & engagement, workforce analytics, learning & development, people operations, etc.). Build and maintain agentic workflows and orchestration layers that connect HR platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow. Implement APIs, microservices, and system integrations to ensure seamless connectivity across HR technologies. Develop RAG pipelines, vector stores, and embedding workflows, including observability and debugging tools for LLM applications Build backend and frontend components using Python, JavaScript/Node.js, and React as needed for AI-enabled applications. Collaboration, Requirements Translation, & Execution Identify and prioritize use cases that align with business goals for AI-driven transformation. Collaborate with HR stakeholders to refine functional and technical requirements into build-ready specifications, use case definitions, and technical designs into working solutions. Document technical designs, implementation details, code, configuration, and integration patterns for operational support and organizational knowledge sharing. Model & System Operations Monitor AI models for accuracy, reliability, performance, and potential bias. Support ongoing tuning and optimization. Maintain code quality through testing, peer reviews, and adherence to development standards. Troubleshoot production issues and ensure AI services operate reliably within the HR ecosystem.
